Description
The purpose of this RFP is to select an experienced and qualified consultant (firm or individual) to work with the City from the onset of the Project to ensure the Design-Build team and the City are sufficiently educated in the Progressive Design-Build process and Lean Design and Construction principles, provide engineering advice related to the development of Water Treatment Plant upgrades and treatment systems as specified in this RFP, and augment the City’s project management and cost control capacity, as required
