Collège Montmorency, Owner, is requesting quotes for professional engineering services in the structural/civil engineering component of the project for roof repairs, replacement of exterior cladding and other related work.
This contract covered by this call for tenders is for a period of approximately fifteen (15) months, from December 17, 2020 to March 31, 2022.
Tender documents are published on the electronic tendering system - OESO and must be obtained through that medium.
A site visit and information session will be arranged by appointment only.
The deadline for receiving complaints under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, c. C-65.1, s. 21.0.4) is November 16, 2020.
Bids in sealed envelopes addressed to Ms. Jennifer Racine will be received in Laval at door #3 - guard post until 11:00 a.m., local time, on the 1 st day of December 2020, the Collège will proceed with a bid opening without public, so that bidders will not be able to attend in person.

Instead, the College will post a video recording of the bid opening on the SEAO as soon as possible after the opening. Bidders will be informed of the filing of the recording on the SEAO in the same manner as when an Addendum is issued.

For the purposes of eligibility to submit a tender, only a tender from a service provider having an establishment where it carries on its activities on a permanent basis in Quebec, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement, and in compliance with section 2 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, c. C-65.1, s. 2), will be considered for the submission of a tender.
All tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting certain contracts for services of public bodies (RLRQ, c. C-65.1, r.4) adopted pursuant to the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, c. C-65.1).
The Collège does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received in the context of the call for tenders and reserves the right to terminate the call for tenders at any time, without compensation, by publishing a notice.
