The subject of the Order is "Performing inspections of TG Jeleniów II compressor units "2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Attachments No. 1 to the ToR - Draft Agreement3. CPV code number of the subject of the Order: - 76100000-44. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. Documents, i.e. Terms of Reference and attachments translated into English are of an auxiliary nature. Under pain of nullity, the tender should be drawn up in the original electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature, subject to the content of Chapter VII of the ToR, in the Polish language, in a form ensuring full legibility of its content.Documents or statements referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 on the types of documents that may be requested by the contracting authority from the contractor in the contract award procedure (Dz.U. of 2016, item 1126; hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), taking into account the changes introduced by the Regulation of the Minister of Enterprise and Technology of 16 October 2018 amending the Regulation (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1993), drawn up in a foreign language must be submitted together with translations into Polish.the Agreement on Procurement will be concluded in the Polish language on the terms specified in the draft agreement, which constitutes Annex 1 to the ToR.5Where the content of the Specification and Annexes to the Specification refers to a specific type of standards, the Contracting Authority allows for equivalent standards. The Economic Operator, which in order to prove that the offered subject of the Order meets the requirements of the Order, refers to equivalent solutions described by the Awarding Entity, is obliged to prove that the subject of the Order offered by the Awarding Entity meets the requirements specified by the Awarding Entity.6 The Awarding Entity allows for the possibility of making a local inspection by the Economic Operators at least 3 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In such a situation, the Economic Operator shall be obliged, at least 2 days before the date of the on-site visit proposed by the Economic Operator, to use electronic means of communication within the meaning of the Act of 18.7.2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2592, as amended). 1219; hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Provision of Electronic Services") to the Ordering Party with a request to set the date (day and time) for making a site visit, provided that the site visit may take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The Contractor is obliged to become familiar with and apply the recommendations resulting from the Code of Conduct for Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System S.A.'s Suppliers.
