PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR FAÇADE INSPECTION
Specifications and other contractual documents may be obtained EXCLUSIVELY from SÉAO either via the website http://www.seao.ca or by calling 514 856-6600 for the Montreal region or 1-866-669-7326 for other regions. Printing and delivery will be invoiced by SÉAO, and the cost of acquiring plans and specifications is non-refundable.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Cégep de St-Laurent is looking for an ARCHITECTURE OR ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY FIRM SPECIALIZED IN STRUCTURE AND BUILDING ENVELOPE for the INSPECTION OF THE FACADES OF CÉGEP DE SAINT-LAURENT including :

Preparation for inspections
Drafting of a technical specification (or estimate) describing all services to be provided by the contractor(s) required for the inspections
Inspection of accessible facades and towers
Verification of the condition of the structure beneath the facades
Establishment of a repair program for any pathologies discovered
Coordination of contractors
Preparation of an inspection report

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES TO BE CARRIED OUT

Start-up meeting: no later than 10 working days following notice of award
Submission of technical specifications (or quotation) describing all services to be provided by the contractor(s) required for the inspections: no later than 15 working days following the kick-off meeting
Mobilization no later than January 20, 2025
Facade inspection and in situ structural analysis to be completed no later than May 30, 2025
Delivery of final report and PowerPoint presentation within 60 days of completion of inspections

RECEIPT OF BIDS
Tenders (one original, four (4) copies and one copy in electronic format on a USB key) addressed to Approvisionnement , will be received at 625, avenue Sainte-Croix, Montréal, H4L 3X7, Main Hall, Security Department until 10:00 a.m., local time, on the 27th day of June 2024.
Tenders received will be opened on the same day and at the same time under the conditions listed in the tender documents.
