the MSSS acquired a provincial licence for a software solution to facilitate the integration of the RSSS' clinical, clinical-administrative and administrative applications. The software solution acquired is the ESV2 Integration Agent marketed by the supplier Enovacom in partnership with Purkinje. It also designated the CHUM as the lead agency for interoperability projects. As such, the CHUM is responsible for the CDO-Interoperability.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to obtain the professional services of eighteen (18) resources for the development of adapters and to assist institutions in the use of the unique ESV2 integration agent.
The types of resources sought for this mandate are as follows:
One (1) activity coordinator
One (1) integrating architect
One (1) trainer
Eight (8) senior integration developers
Seven (7) junior integration developers

Other information
Delivery and invoicing must be D.D.P. (delivered with duty paid).
The CHUM does not require a bid security.
Prices are firm for the duration of the contracts.
ALL TENDER DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED ON AND THE BIDDER MUST ACQUIRE THEM ON THIS SITE INCLUDING BID FORMS AND PRICE SCHEDULES IN WORD OR EXCEL FORMAT.
Bids are opened publicly in the presence of a witness at the place of receipt of bids immediately after the time and deadline for receipt of bids.
The tender and, consequently, the contract are subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA)
The CHUM does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids, nor to carry out in whole or in part the subject of the call for tenders.
The deadline for receipt of bids is 25-10-2019 at 14:00.
