The agreement consists of the initial delivery of clothing for ambulance employees and replacement deliveries during the term of the agreement. In addition to the supply for the ambulance employees (167 employees), the GGD BZO also provides the clothing of:- Officer on duty (16 officers)- Control room dispatcher (22 people)- ERGON employee (5 people who polish the cars)Furthermore, the contract consists of laundering and repair and adjustment work, including a well-organized logistical service.Client expects a smooth fitting process, production and ordering process, laundering process and repair process (collection of dirty ambulance clothing, delivery of the new and clean clothing).
By means of this tender, the contracting authority wants a supplier that provides for the supply, washing and repair of ambulance clothing, including logistics services.The models of the ambulance clothing are registered in the name of AZN with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) under the numbers 006530390-0001/0016. These models are the starting point for this tender partly because of the necessary uniformity of the ambulance clothing. The clothing to be supplied must at all times comply with the license of AZN. In addition, the quality of the products provided must meet the statutory minimum quality, safety and occupational health requirements and the Client must be relieved as much as possible so that the employees can perform their work in appropriate clothing.
