Description

This consultation concerns the supply and delivery of footwear (lot 1) and other personal protective equipment or PPE (lot 5) intended for the municipal services of the City of Colombes - technical services, nurseries, schools, holiday centres, youth and sports services, the CCAS and SIVU Coclico. This consultation takes the form of an open call for tenders issued pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. It is a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is a purchase order agreement with no minimum or maximum, concluded in application of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique.
Work shoes (low and high, non safety and security, boots, clogs, town shoes...). Safety and hygiene accessories (gloves, mask, helmet, charlotte, disposable suit, glasses...).
