PROFESSIONAL ADJUSTING SERVICES FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS

Tenders will be received by the Treasurer and Director of Material Resources at Town Hall, 90 Roosevelt Avenue, Mount Royal, Quebec, until 11 a.m. on MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2024. To be considered, all bids must be submitted on the forms specially prepared for this purpose. Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the tender document.

As of Thursday, October 31, 2024, persons and companies interested in this contract may obtain the tender documents from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by consulting the website www.seao.ca or by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600. Documents may be obtained at the cost established by SEAO.

Tenders received will be publicly opened at the Town Hall of the Town of Mount Royal immediately following the expiry of the deadline for their receipt.

The Town of Mount Royal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
