Chile - Procurement OF supply OF disinfectants, detergents and others

Description

FIRST: That the Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute belongs to the Network of Public Health Establishments and that since 2010 it has been a Self-managed Network Establishment;
SECOND: That the Neurosurgery Institute needs to acquire the supply of disinfectants, detergents and others in order to meet and duly satisfy the demand for care that has been legally entrusted to the establishment;
THIRD: That it is necessary to ensure the transparency of this process and to know the prevailing conditions of supply in the market under the modality of public bidding in the system of public procurement and contracting established in Law No. 19,886 and its Regulations;
FOURTH: That there are no Framework Agreements subscribed by the Public Procurement and Contracting Directorate for the purpose of these bidding conditions;
FIFTH: That the bidding process to be regulated by these bidding conditions, according to the budget estimates, will not exceed 5,000 UTM as an approximate cost of the proposal, including taxes;
SIXTH: Since these are goods or services of simple and objective specification, the circumstances set forth in Article 25 of Decree 250 of the Ministry of Finance, which establishes the Regulations of Law No. 19,886, concur; therefore, this Bidding will be published in the portal www.mercadopublico.cl for a period of 10 calendar days;
SEVENTH: That there are suppliers in the market that meet the requirements and to which access is desired;
