26929-004 PLYWOOD 3/4"(19MM) STANDARD X 4' X 8' MARINE 36 SHEET 1800 64800 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Delivery Term: Within 30 calendar days after receipt of P.O. 2. Place of Delivery: TALAMBAN 3. Payment Terms: Within 35 calendar days after acceptance of Goods. 4. Price Validity: At least 60 calendar days from receipt of quotation. 5. Price should be inclusive of taxes 6. Alternate Offers/bids are not allowed 7. Price Quotations shall be enclosed in signed sealed envelope labelled with corresponding Purchase Requisition Number/s 8. Bid price shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) 9. Brochures/Technical Literatures should be attached together with this Quotation Request, as required for selected bid items. 10. Any erasure or change of bid price should be duly countersigned 11. Violation of any forgoing is a ground for outright rejection of bid 12. Delay/Short delivery/non-delivery of the items within the specified period is subject to Liquidated Damages of one-tent of one percent per day of the value of the undelivered items but not to exceed ten percent of the total contract price 13. PhilGEPS Registration Number/Certificate and valid/current Mayor’s Permit shall be attached upon submission of the quotation 14. MCWD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
