The city council of Bremerhaven is looking for a modern, powerful and future-proof financial software. The software should be user-friendly and intuitive to use.

The financial software we are looking for is geared towards the needs of local authorities and is adapted promptly to legal changes. The software is constantly being further developed to meet current requirements. Good support and competent, fast and unbureaucratic help in the event of errors is also expected from the future provider. Details are to be agreed in the EVB-IT system contract.

The financial software sought must be used successfully as municipal financial software in other federal states. Proof of this must be provided. In addition, the financial software must be certified/approved by SAKD, gpaNRW or TÜV IT for other federal states or have a certificate in accordance with IDW standard PS 880.

The changeover to the new financial software is initially to take place while retaining the cameralistics. Later, however, it should be possible to switch to double-entry accounting within the system. This change is to be accompanied by the contractor in a separate project, but is not the subject of this tender.
