1 Regarding item. II.1.1) of the announcement: the full name of the proceedings is: "Lease and maintenance service of multifunctional devices together with cost accounting service and monitoring of devices condition and supply of consumables for the Office of the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship".2. The subject matter of the order is the lease and maintenance service of multifunctional devices together with cost accounting service and monitoring of devices condition and supply of consumables for the Office of the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship.
The subject matter of the order is:1.1. lease service of up to 54 A4 and A3 monochrome and color multifunctional devices (within the scope of the basic order - 47 units; within the scope of the order covered by the right of option - 7 units),1.2. remote monitoring of the state of the devices with the use of dedicated software provided by the Contractor together with reading of copy/print counters and cost accounting service for the leased devices,1.3. supply of consumables, service of the leased devices and software assistance.2.The description of the subject matter of the contract (abbreviated as: OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract.3. The draft provisions of the contract for the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.4.
