Description

The subject of the order is to provide the service of the Central Printing System, hereinafter referred to as the CSD, which consists of the following components: a. Delivery, installation and configuration of multifunctional corridor devices and desktop printers, hereinafter referred to as the Devices, in the number and configuration described in the Agreement. b. Delivery, installation and configuration of the server infrastructure in the configuration necessary to run and maintain CSD.c. Delivery, installation and configuration of all software licenses (including operating system, database, system - CSD application, CSD application for the end user) as well as software for Devices (firmware).d. Implementation of a uniform CSD service based on the functionalities described in Appendix 3 to the Agreement.e. Testing on the basis of CSD.f. test scenarios prepared and approved by the Contracting Authority. Launching CSD.g. Training for Employees of the Employer. Providing full documentation resulting from the implementation of CSD, including technical, design and as-built documentation, incident reporting and escalation in the operation of CSD.i. Providing technical support and warranty service for both the delivered Devices as well as for the delivered licenses.2. Basic assumptions for the implementation of the subject of the contract: a. Number of employees - 1 700 personsb. Estimated monthly print volume (A4) = 380,000 pages - Print colour = 150,000 pages - Copy colour = 30,000 pages - Monofilament = 160,000 pages - Monofilament copy = 50,000 pages. Number of locations (stand-alone buildings located within Chopin Airport) = 23d. Number of colour MFPs A3 = 65 units. Number of colour MFPs in A4 format = 15 units. Number of printing devices = 50 units For formats other than A4, the following conversion rate is to be applied in proportion to the printed area, e.g. A5=1/2xA4 one-sided, A3=2xA4.Note to II.2.7) Contract period - The contract period from 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2023, including implementation phases (I and II) should end on 31.7.2019. Stages III and IV will start on 1.8.2019 and will last 44 months. The contracting authority allows for shortening of the implementation phase in case of prolonged tender procedure.
