Description

For the benefit of, among others, the levy and collection activities of the municipality of Hilversum and the municipality of Wijdemeren:- offering a reliable Web portal with real-time information, with all necessary functionalities, which meets the requested security and privacy requirements,- (re)designing and maintaining templates in the Web portal,- reading, in the Web portal, uploaded templates and data files,- printing, couverting and offering personalized (financial) municipal documents for the post,- digitally sending personalized attacks to Mijn Overheid Berichtenbox,- the entire file personalized documents (o.a. A link with MijnHilversum,- being able to download the entire file of personalised documents, so that the Client can place them in its own IT environment,- having the correct envelopes printed, including stock management.- Every year, the municipality of Hilversum sends around 126,500 documents relating to taxes and other related municipal documents. At the start of the Agreement, the Contractor will only perform his work for the municipality of Hilversum. The preparations for the Wijdemeren municipality will take place in Q3 2019. Based on the realised numbers of the Hilversum municipality, the size of the contract is estimated at: EUR 65 000 per year (excluding VAT).
