GKI Grenlandskommunenes innkjøpsenhet would like to enter into a framework agreement(s) on behalf of Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien Municipalities for books and media for libraries. GKI reserves the right to enter into a joint framework agreement for the municipalities, or separate framework agreements with each municipality.Tenderers are to respond to the lot/lots that they are interested in.
