Description

1. The need of the Aconcagua Health Service to contract under a 12-month supply agreement, for the Maintenance and Repair Service of Mercedes Benz Ambulances and Support Mobile, of SAMU's automotive fleet, to guarantee the availability and timeliness of the ambulance service in the Aconcagua Valley, according to purchase request N°15 dated 02/01/2024 of the Head of SAMU Aconcagua.

2. In virtue of the above, the importance of the activities developed by SAMU Aconcagua using emergency vehicles in order to meet the demands generated by external users of the network, providing safe procedures, it is necessary to have an agreement to perform scheduled maintenance and unforeseen repairs of SAMU Aconcagua's vehicle fleet.

3. That what is required is not in the electronic catalog of the Framework Agreement and is necessary for the fulfillment of the Service's purposes.

That, in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 19,886 and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 250 of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance, and its subsequent amendments, the Terms and Conditions approved in this act were prepared, which observe the principles of free concurrence of the bidders to the administrative call and of equality that govern the bidding procedures, and comply with the technical and legal requirements to verify the execution of this public bidding.
