Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery for the Purchaser of a brand new, manufactured not earlier than in 2021, unused, complete, undamaged, duct press for compacting waste and raw materials [hereinafter referred to as the "Press"] together with installation and servicing [hereinafter referred to as the "Service"] for a period of 730 days, or until the press has worked more than 4,000 mths.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply to the Purchaser of a brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2021, The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Purchaser of a brand new, manufactured not earlier than 2021, complete, undamaged channel press for compacting waste and raw materials [hereinafter referred to as the "Press"] together with installation and servicing [hereinafter referred to as the "Service"] for a period of 730 days, or until the press has worked more than 4,000 mths.The contractual obligations include in particular:a) delivery of the Press to the place indicated in §2, passage 1 of the contractual model;b) assembly of the Press, including its installation and fixing, as well as the assembly and fixing of all delivered elements. The necessary disassembly work will be carried out under the condition that all parts disassembled by the Contractor, if any, remain the property of the Ordering Party and may not leave the Ordering Party's premises. 8 of the model agreement;d) carrying out technical and technological start-up, as well as training of the Ordering Party's designated staff (15 persons) in the operation and use of the press;e) performing maintenance and warranty obligations;f) providing the Ordering Party with technical consultations on the press in the Polish language, which will be provided by phone (without quantitative limits) on working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 7.An integral part of the description of the subject of the contract is also Appendix No. 3C - Sketch of the press installation place with the arrangement of the existing elements of the sorting line.The press has to be designed for continuous (24h/day) compaction of mixed municipal waste, very humid, containing sand, glass crumbs and large-size elements (max. 700 mm) and for compaction of recyclable materials (corrugated cardboard, paper mix, tetrapak, HDPE and PP products, foil, PET packaging, etc.). That is why it is necessary to use replaceable, screwed-on abrasion-resistant steel plates, which must be used to cover all the internal surfaces of the press chamber and the friction (resistance) channel. Additionally, the press must be equipped with a pre-press system (increase of efficiency and with this type of waste, reduction of failure, downtime and reduction of wear of the press's elements).The press has to be adjusted to the continuous work in the automatic waste segregation line, therefore it has to react to the control signals coming from the line and it has to generate the necessary signals for the line in the scope of its cooperation with the line, i.e. it has to be equipped with 4 potential-free contacts, transmitting the signals: press readiness for work, automatic work, failure, starting the loading conveyor.
