That, the project for the "Conservation of the Los Jazmines High School of the Directorate of Education of the Municipal Corporation of Melipilla, is financed entirely with resources from the Directorate of Public Education", seeks to readapt the existing facilities in order to achieve a better operation and functionality of the premises.
2. That, according to Memorandum N°232 dated December 27, 2023 from the Head of the Works Department of the Administration and Finance Department, which requires the contracting of the project "Conservation of the Los Jazmines High School of the Directorate of Education of the Municipal Corporation of Melipilla", a project that will be totally financed with resources from the Public Education Directorate, whose financing, as stated in Certificate of Budget Availability N°3394, dated December 22, 2023, will be totally financed with resources from the Public Education Directorate, as stated in Certificate of Budget Availability N°3394, dated December 22, 2023.
