to operate the district heating network for a period of 25 years, starting on January 1, 2025. The concessionaire will be responsible for:- initial construction work on the facilities;- network roll-out work within the concession perimeter;- heat production for end-users for the entire duration of the concession contract:- management of the production facilities; - operation, maintenance and supervision of the concession facilities; - operation, maintenance and supervision of the heating networks and network accessories;- performance of the work entrusted to the Concessionaire under the present contract;- relations with service users; - the Concessionaire's obligation to provide the local authority with the information and advice on the facilities and operation of the service that the latter needs to draw up its reinforcement and extension projects and, the purchase from certain future public-sector subscribers within the scope of the future concession of boilers installed in certain buildings and not yet fully depreciated; This is a new network.
