This service includes and integrates the preparation of related regulatory studies, support during the appraisal phase and co-construction with the operational teams that will be required. The purchasing technique recommended for the consultation will be a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. II.2.14) Additional information: The consultation will be launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles L.2124-1 to L.2124-2 and R.2124-1 to R.2124-2 of the French Public Procurement Code.
