The subject of the Order is: 1) Preparation, agreement with the Contracting Authority and provision to the Contracting Authority of complete design documentation for the repair task entitled "Preparation of design documentation for the repair of the DN500 Wólczyńska - Mory gas pipeline at the crossroads with foreign infrastructure".2) obtaining and forwarding to the Awarding Entity the final construction permit decision, necessary to perform construction works on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Economic Operator or notification of construction works to the competent authority of architectural and construction administration and obtaining confirmation of no objection to the submission of construction works in the absence of an obligation to obtain a construction permit and forwarding it to the Awarding Entity.
