Germany - Preparation of financial statements

Description

The University Hospital Aachen intends to assign the auditing of the annual financial statements to an auditor.
The following services are to be provided by the auditor:1. audit of the annual financial statements and management report of the UKA for the financial years 2021-2023 (2025). Extension of the audit of the annual financial statements in accordance with § 53 HGrG,2. audit in accordance with § 4 Para. 3 Sentence 7 KHEntgG as well as certification of the composition of the revenues,3. auditor's report on the correctness of the statement of the days of nursing care in accordance with Appendix 1 of § 17 Para. 4 Sentence 2 BPflV and the statement of the revenues in accordance with § 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 and § 7 Sentence 1 Numbers 1,2, 4 and 5 BPflV,4. Examination of the training budget,5. examination of the supplement for financial support for the staffing of hospital hygiene in accordance with § 4 Para. 9 KHEntgG in the case of any existing eligible measures until 2022 or 2024,6. examination of compliance with the specifications of the separation account,7. examination of lower limits for nursing staff in accordance with § 137i Para. 4 SGB V,8. Examination of information on the obligation to provide evidence pursuant to §§ 9, paragraph 1, no. 8 and 18, paragraph 2, sentences 2 and 3 BPflV in conjunction with the Psychological Personnel Evidence Agreement vis-à-vis the Institut für das Entgeltsystem im Krankenhaus gGmbH and the contracting parties within the meaning of § 18, paragraph 2 KHG,9. Confirmation by the annual auditor of the average number of full-time nursing staff positions filled each year and of the nursing staff costs and the appropriate use of funds pursuant to § 6a, paragraph. 3 sentence 3 KHEntgG (evidence of the use of funds from the nursing budget in accordance with the German Nursing Personnel Strengthening Act (PpSG)),10. audit of the consolidated financial statements and the Group management report (requirement item) if applicable,11. audit report and presentation,12. other service components in accordance with the description of services.
