Sealed tenders for Prairie View Housing Boiler Replacement in Swift Current, Sk, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, June 27, 2024. A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractor’s will be held on Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at Prairie View Housing. The address is 299 Gladstone Street West, Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Meet at the front entrance to the building. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Housing Authority Requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from:  HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan (306-525-9815).  All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid.The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
The Mechanical Contractor shall include, but not be limited to, the following items as part of this project:
supply and installation of new equipment, ductwork, piping and controls, and alteration of the existing domestic and heating
system as shown on plans, specification and equipment schedule.
