Planning services for the conversion/renovation of Burgstädt fire station for electrical engineering
Planning services according to § 56 HOAI 2021 for the trade EltBäudeüberplanung/Umplanung for the location fire department of the city of Burgstädt.The facilities of the voluntary fire department are located in close proximity to the town hall of the city of Burgstädt on the site of the former gas works Burgstädt, the building complex to be rebuilt was built around 1995. The spatial layout no longer meets the requirements of today's standards.The city of Burgstädt is therefore planning the conversion of the fire station in accordance with the space program as per DIN 14092-1, ongoing operations must be maintained during the construction work.Planning documents were drawn up in cooperation with the specialist departments of the Burgstädt city administration and the responsible architect's office, these are attached to the tender documents for overview purposes.As-built plans of the building complex are attached.The fire station is heated by means of a gas heating system, a ventilation system(make Nederman) is installed in the vehicle hallsThe sanitary facilities are to be adapted in accordance with the new floor plan solution.In accordance with the newly structured roof landscape, the use of regenerative energies is to be taken into account.As a basis for the submission of a bid, the following parameters are effective:Allowable costs according to cost estimate group 400: 180.000,00 €Scope of services: LPH 2 - 7Required performance period for the planning LPH 2-3: 01-03/2023Further performance periods will be determined according to a separate schedule and will be determined depending on the successful application for subsidies, the commissioning of the performance phases will be carried out in stages LPH 2-4 and LPH 5-7.The construction project can only be fully realized subject to approved subsidies.A self-declaration is to be enclosed with the offer.Evaluation/weighting of the bid: The City of Burgstädt's decision to award the contract will be made on the basis of the following criteria: - demonstrable expertise and specialist knowledge 35% - performance (personnel/time-related), reliability and equipment 35% - and the amount of the bidder's fee 30%.The submission of at least 3 and a maximum of 5 specifically comparable and verifiable references (naming of client, contact person) is essential. Interdisciplinary knowledge of tangential planning services such as fire protection/heat insulation is required and must be proven, if possible, in the form of project or qualification certificates or by naming appropriate cooperation partners.
