Description

Ex-situ logistics operations of parcel processing and sorting, flashing, bulk or container loading, bulk or container unloading, IT support, relabeling of parcels for international destinations for the Rennes Le Rheu parcel platform (or PFC).
The service consists of carrying out ex situ parcel sorting, flashing, bulk or container loading, bulk or container unloading and computerized pick-up operations on behalf of the Rennes Le Rheu parcel platform (or PFC), all of which require a secure site ideally located near a motorway axis or junction and close to the Rennes Le Rheu PFC (within a radius of approximately 15 kilometers).The services consist of a main service (end of the year) and an exceptional service or emergency service (not programmed in advance on request, throughout the year).1) Main service:- Unloading of bulk and container parcels;- Flashing of parcels to be sorted;- Sorting of parcels according to the sorting plan in force at the time of the service;- Loading of bulk or container parcels;- Computerized pick-up. As an indication, the average daily volume of parcels to be processed is estimated at approximately 50,000 parcels for 2022, i.e. an annual volume of 3 million parcels. For the following years, an annual volume of 3 million parcels is estimated for 2023 and 3 million parcels for 2024.In periods of high activity, the daily volume of parcels to be processed may reach 120,000 parcels or even 150,000 parcels.Given the high variability to which the parcel market is subject, these figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment of volume on the part of La Poste.The maximum in terms of quantity of parcels to be processed over the entire duration of the contract is set at 9 million parcels. The service must be provided from Monday to Saturday each year.) Exceptional mutual aid or emergency service: La Poste may entrust the service provider with the unloading, flashing, sorting and loading of parcels in bulk or in national containers on an ad hoc basis.the exceptional service may be carried out on request, depending on the need, at any time of the year.In the framework of the future contract, the realization of the services cannot be subcontracted, and will have to be carried out personally by the holder.For the realization of these services, the premises will have ideally to comprise at least:- 30 quays available simultaneously for the needs for the Post office.- 35 parking spaces for semi-trailers 35 parking spaces for semi-trailers in the crutch zone.the surface of the premises must be adapted to the services provided.
