Description

The Contracting Authority hereby informs that the task titled: "Delivery of computer hardware and software for primary and secondary schools in the area of Nisko Commune and computer equipment for the Municipal and Municipal Office of Nisko" is carried out within the project titled: "NISKO CORAZZA HIGHER - INCREASING THE ECONOMIC AND ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE CITY AND THE COMPETITIVENESS OF LIFE IN THE CITY" financed from funds of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of cancelling the award procedure on the basis of art.257 of the PPL Act if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for financing the whole or part of the contract are not awarded to him. (1) The contract has been divided into 2 Parts. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial bids. A contractor may submit a bid for one or two parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not specify the maximum number of parts for which a Bidder may submit a bid. The parts in this proceeding are: 1) Part 1 - Purchase and delivery of an interactive multimedia whiteboard 1 piece and an overhead projector with presentation screen in the meeting room of the Office of the Municipality and City of Nisko. 2) Part 2 - Purchase and delivery of laptops for the project office. 2 Description of the subject matter of the contract: 1) Description of the subject matter of the contract for Part 1: Purchase and delivery of an interactive multimedia whiteboard 1 piece and an overhead projector with a presentation screen in the meeting room of the Office of the Municipality and City of Nisko.
