1 The subject matter of the order is the supply of 3 pieces of portable computers:1) a portable computer (2 pieces) according to table 1 of the description of the subject matter of the order - Annex 6 to the SWZ, 2) a portable computer (1 piece) according to table 2 of the description of the subject matter of the order - Annex 6 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 30213100-6 (portable computers).
1 The subject of the order is the supply of 3 pieces of portable computers:1) portable computer (2 pcs.) in accordance with table 1 of the description of the subject of the order - Annex 6 to the SWZ, 2) portable computer (1 pcs.) in accordance with table 2 of the description of the subject of the order - Annex 6 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 30213100-6 (portable computers).3. Detailed description of the subject matter of the order is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - description of the subject matter of the order.4. Place of delivery of the equipment: Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk, 80-309 Gdańsk, Jana Ba¿yńskiego Street 6, room 2080.5. Hardware warranty period: 12 months. Details of the warranty are contained in § 7 of the draft agreement - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.6. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting an equivalent offer:1) concerns item No. 5, point 1 of Table 1 and Table 2 of Annex No. 6 to the SWZ: for the equivalent service the Employer will consider a service or dedicated software that allows remote storage of the User's personal content such as: documents, notes, calendars, reminders. The equivalent service must allow the exchange of the above described documents for users using https://www.icloud.com. The above service must be provided free of charge, online, with access to min. 5 GB of space for storage of the aforementioned materials. 2) concerns item No. 5, point 2 of Table 1 and Table 2 of Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ: the Contracting Authority will consider as an equivalent service an IT service or dedicated software allowing video and audio connection for people using iPhone and iPad mobile devices running iOS X.
