Description

CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary Classification Code: 30213100-6 (portable computers), 30231310-3 (flat panel displays), 30237410-6 (mouse), 30237270-2 (handbags for portable computers).2. The object of the contract is the supply of a portable computer together with a monitor and accessories, hereinafter referred to as 'equipment', to the International Centre for Research on Anti-Humoric Vaccines.3. Place of delivery of the equipment: International Centre for Research on Antitumor Vaccines, Building of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk, 63 Wita Stwosza Street, 80-308 Gdańsk, POLAND, room G342.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 1a to the ToR. 5.The equipment must: 1) be brand new, i.e. it must not be used before the date of delivery, except for the use necessary to carry out a test of its proper functioning, it is required that the equipment does not have any physical or legal defects, 2) be delivered to the Customer in original factory packaging, the storage of which by the Customer is not required to maintain the granted warranty, 3) be marked (including the "CE" marking) in accordance with the requirements specified in the Act of 13.4.2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems (consolidated text Dz.U. 2016, item 542, as amended),4) if it is an energy-using product within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of 14.9.2012 on informing about the energy consumption of energy-using products and on the control of the implementation of the office equipment labelling programme (Dz.U. 2016, item 542, as amended).U. of 2012, item 1203, as amended.) have: a) labels in Polish attached to the energy-using product, which will contain information about the energy efficiency class (energy consumption or the impact of this product on energy consumption) and other essential resources (water, chemicals or other substances) consumed by the energy-using product; b) a card in Polish attached to brochures or other documentation supplied with the energy-using product, which will include a table with technical information on the energy-using product; c) data on the label and in the card that will comply with the technical parameters of the energy-using product; In accordance with the requirements set out in the requirements set out in the energy-using product. Act 6The Contracting Authority requires a manufacturer's guarantee for the equipment listed in Appendix 1a to the ToR: 1) Table 1 and Table 3 - not shorter than 12 months,2) Table 2 - not shorter than 36 months Details of guarantees and warranty services are contained in § 6 of the draft agreement - Appendix 5 to the ToR.7. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting an equivalent offer. The notion of equivalence should be understood as meaning that the Contractors shall ensure that the offered equipment meets the standards not worse than those described by the Contracting Authority in Appendix 1a to the ToR (ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 for the equipment indicated in Table 1) and Appendix 5 to the ToR (i.e. ISO 13406-2 with respect to pixel errors determined for class II, or ISO 9241-307 with respect to pixel errors determined for class I - with § 6 item 5). The contracting authority will recognise as equivalent standards that will be drawn up by an independent body with public confidence, based on transparency, voluntariness, impartiality, efficiency, reliability, consistency and consensus at national and European level. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the deliveries offered by him within the scope of standards meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority (art. 30 sec. 5 of the Act).
