Description
The Port Authority of Valencia announces a public tender in order to select a bid for the subsequent award of an administrative concession for the Adaptation and Operation of the nautical-sports facilities in the northern area of the Port of Valencia under Article 86 of the Consolidated Text of the Law of State Ports and Merchant Marine, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, of September 5 (TRLPEMM), and other applicable provisions.
