Description
the purpose of the consultation is to make available a complex of platforms, buildings and industrial facilities located on the Gpmm's public maritime domain, to the south and north of the Gpmm's Mourepiane container terminal.to this end, the Gpmm will select an operator at the end of the present consultation, with whom a concession contract will be signed, which will ensure the complete operation of the areas as defined in the present specifications. the contract will entail authorization to occupy the public maritime domain, and the occupation of the rights-of-way will therefore be subject to the provisions of the general code of public property. The operator will manage and coordinate all operations required for its activity, and will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It will build the facilities, equipment and tools required to maintain and develop its business, in accordance with the principles set out in the Dce.
