Belgium - Polyethylene garbage bags and sacks

Supply contract for approximately 6 420 000 60 l PE bags per year and 915 000 30 l PE bags per year for the collection of residual household waste. The closure ties will be of two types: tying ties ('wing bags') for the majority of the 60 l and 30 l bags (96 %) and metal-plastic ties ('open-mouth bags') for the remainder (i.e. two municipalities; 4 %). For these two communes, however, a changeover to lugged bags is possible during the course of the contract. The supplies will be delivered in accordance with the administrative and technical clauses detailed in this special specification and with the additional information provided by the managing official or the competent intermunicipal officials. The bags will be printed with a text. For each category, a maximum of 25 different printed texts may be ordered. The price given on the tender form will be the same per volume regardless of the closing link. The quantities given are indicative and not binding on the contracting authority. The unit prices given by the successful tenderer will remain unchanged, irrespective of the quantities actually ordered.
