Description

The delivery includes a new car manufactured in 2021 meeting all the minimum tactical-technical and warranty requirements described in appendixes no. 1, 1.1, 1.2 to SWZ.The contract is not divided into parts - the subject matter of the contract is indivisible.The Economic Operator submits a tender for performance of the whole contract described in SWZ and appendixes to SWZ.The Contracting Authority provides for the procedure referred to in art. The Contracting Authority shall submit a tender for the performance of the entire contract described in the ToR and in the appendix to the ToR.The Contracting Authority provides for applying the procedure provided for in art. 139 of the PPL Act, the so called "reverse procedure", i.e. the Contracting Authority may first examine and evaluate tenders and then qualify the qualification of the Economic Operator whose tender was awarded the highest mark with regard to lack of grounds for exclusion.The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract solely by the Economic Operators, The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract solely by the Tenderer referred to in art. 94 of the PPL Act.Protection of personal data: Information required under Article 13 (1) and (3) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 4.5.2016, p. 1, as amended.) and information on limitations to the application of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) is included in Chapter II of the SWZZ.The contractor shall secure his bid with a bid security deposit. The amount of the deposit: PLN 1 800.00. The rules of payment, return and retention of the deposit are described in Chapter XIII of the SWZ.
