Installation work in the area of gas, water, heating and waste water in our portfolio (mostly inhabited)
The framework agreements put out to tender are for building maintenance work in the areas of gas, water, heating and wastewater for Wohnbau Mainz (generally inhabited) in the city area.The specific content and scope of the work performance as well as the place and time of its performance are specified in the respective individual order.The work will be carried out in company-owned as well as managed residential buildings in Mainz and suburbs.The maintenance of the apartments can consist of individual rooms or parts thereof, but also of several rooms, entire apartments (in the context of new occupancies) or stairwells.The contractor will only work on the basis of a separate order from the client.The total contract volume is estimated at € 2,000,000 p.a. (net).It is planned to award the contract volume to 10 companies via individual contracts.The contractor is not entitled to a minimum annual turnover.The procedure is to be as follows:The first part of the procedure consists of the tendering competition.In the tendering competition, suitability and the absence of grounds for exclusion are examined.All suitable companies move on to the next stage of the negotiation procedure.They are invited to submit an indicative bid, i.e. all items in the bill of quantities are given a price.The prices are not yet final and may still be the subject of subsequent negotiations.Next, all companies that have submitted a bid are invited to negotiate individually.Negotiations can be held on prices and content.For example, technically better or equivalent solutions can be negotiated at the same or, in the latter case, more favorable price.Based on the initial offers, the results of the negotiations and our experience, a priced bill of quantities is drawn up and sent to all participants in the negotiations.In a final round of bidding, the conditions thus drawn up can be accepted or rejected.Changes or further negotiations are now no longer possible.The submission of the bill of quantities fully accepted and confirmed by the bidder constitutes the final offer.After expiry of the waiting and objection period, we will accept the verified, unchanged final offers.
