New construction of sports hall with canteen Reichenbach - heating and MSR
New building on the grounds of the municipal school campus as a structure with combined use of a 2-field sports hall with further rooms for club sports and as a canteen with kitchen and dining hall with an area of approx. 3,500 m². External dimensions of approx. 64.60 x 39.50 m and a height of approx. 9.20 or 10.40 m.The work required for this is to be tendered for the technical building equipment, heating systems with instrumentation and control.Main dimensions of heating systems with instrumentation and control:Connection to existing underground line as service connection from existing building. Ground line as a house connection from the existing building, system separation with heat exchanger, heating distribution with 4 pump mixer groups, approx. 550 running meters of welded threaded pipes / stainless steel press system including insulation, approx. 1,500 m² sports floor heating, laying approx. 1.400 running meters of floor heating with HKV, MSR automation station for 1 AHU with 20 BSK with ELS, 21 VSR variable (CO²-controlled), as well as 4 heating circuits with mixer and a heat exchanger for system separation, individual room control for 6 HKV, room control for 4 sports floor zones, 16 room temperature sensors.
