Description

The material scope of the investment includes the modernization of the sewage treatment plant in S³awa in terms of sanitary installations and Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation (AKPiA), construction of a storage shelter for soil improvers and a technological installation for the production of soil improvers.
1) Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in S³awa. The material scope of the investment includes:1. reconstruction of the existing discharge pipeline Dn280 mm colliding with the designed Bioreactor;2. disassembly of used installations and devices and dismantling of disused installations;3. construction of a measuring chamber for treated sewage;4. construction of an overflow chamber at the inflow to the retention tank;5. construction of a pipeline construction of a discharge pipeline for treated sewage RT¦.2 - D280 from the treated sewage pumping station to the measuring chamber;6. construction of the treated sewage discharge pipeline from the measuring chamber to the point of connection to the new pipeline at the border of the sewage treatment plant plot;7. construction of the treated sewage discharge pipeline on the area of the sewage treatment plant;8. installation of the P-16 pump and replacement of the existing P-17, P-18 pumps in the treated sewage pumping station;9. construction of a pumping station for sewage leachate from the storage shelter of the treated sludge;10. construction of the gravity channel Ks 200 discharging sewage from the storage shelter to the pumping station;11. 11. construction of Rt40 pipeline for sewage from the sewage pumping station to the existing well "Sr" on the internal sewage system of the sewage treatment plant;12. construction of RtD110 pipeline for sewage from the catchment tank delivered to the existing well "K" on the sewage system Ks500 of the sewage treatment plant;13. installation of a pump in the existing tank of delivered sewage;14. construction of RtD160 industrial sewage pumping pipeline;15. construction of D160 crude sewage pumping pipeline from the defosification chamber to the designed new denitrification chamber;16. construction of RtD200 recirculated sludge pipeline from the designed well "S.2"17. construction of a gravity sewer Ks250 from the designed well "S.3" at the settling tank to the designed well "S.8" on the existing D500 inflow sewer to the sewage pumping station;18. construction of a gravity sewer Ks200 from the back-up of the designed biological block from the designed well "S.11"to the existing well "Si" on the existing D500 inflow channel of sewage to the defosfatation chamber;19. construction of a maneuvering area with an access road;20. extension of the electrical installation (power supply, lighting) and the Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation system;21. construction of the sewage distribution chamber on the inflow to the retention tank;22. disassembly of the existing lime silo;23. disassembly of the existing dense grid and rare grid in the building of mechanical sewage treatment;24. assembly in place of the dense grid of the designed screen;25. assembly of the dense grating in place of the dismantled rare grating in the by-pass;26. disassembly of the electrically driven throttle on the DN 500 pipeline between the defosfatation chamber and the denitrification chamber;27. assembly of a knife gate with a non-rising stem with electric drive in place of the previously dismantled electrically driven throttle on the DN 500 pipeline between the defosfatation chamber and the denitrification chamber;28. disassembly of old and assembly of new pumps on the sewage treatment plant facility;29. 29. Disassembly of old and installation of new mixers on the sewage treatment plant object;2.The entire subject matter of the Contract includes the following elements: - Elaboration of as-built documentation, including: - development of technical regulations, in cooperation with the Awarding Entity, on the basis of the Manual, after completion of the works, within the scope of all branches,- development of geodetic as-built documentation.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for each part of the contract has been presented in the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWIORB), Subsidiary of Works constituting and the descriptive and drawing part of the Design Documentation - Volume III to ToR.
