Description

The subject of the order is a washing and drying system. We allow used elements of technological system2. Purpose of the system and location conditions: a) the washing and drying system will be an element of the technological line for processing waste printed PE film. b) the washing and drying system will be installed in the hall. Process integration and basic parameters: a) at the entrance the system will be integrated with the shredding system (processing capacity min. 300 kg/h)b) the material at the exit must have a moisture content below 7 %c) The Ordering Party reserves that the maximum electrical power (installed) being the sum of the power of individual elements of the system may not exceed 200 kW4. Material to be washed and dried: PE waste film flake with a printout of more than 20 % and an average fraction size of 50 mm.5. Cleaning and drying system components: a) dynamic washer operating in a wet washing system. Basic parameters, i.e.:- intensity of water intake approx. 40 m3/h in the turning system (closed water system), - equipped with sight glasses - interchangeable separating screens - supporting structure adjusting the integration of the system element - made of anti-corrosion protected steel or stainless steel b) two dynamic washers operating in the dry cleaning system. Basic parameters, i.e. - equipped with sight glasses, - Combined in cascade system - Made of steel protected against corrosion or stainless steel (stainless steel) Flotation bathtub with a length of min. 6 m (applies to the working part). Flotation tank working system consisting of:- min. 6 washing drums (flotation) - flake ejection system - continuous removal of impurities (so called sludge extraction) - Made of corrosion-resistant steel or stainless steel) Screw press/compactor equipped with hydraulic pump motor. Manufactured from corrosion-protected steel or stainless steel.e) The following connections must be used for the above mentioned devices: - feeding and receiving elements (in the form of worm or belt feeders). Made of corrosion-resistant steel or stainless steel, - elements (piping, pumps) ensuring a closed water circuit, integrated with the sedimentation system (f) Control automation - for system integration6. Scope of the subject matter of the contract: a) Purchase of a system containing the elements indicated in point A). 5b) Delivery, assembly and commissioning, including technological testing) Trainingd) Necessary documentation required by law, authorizing to operate the system (e.g. CE, DTR) Basic requirements:1. Achievement of the assumed parameters indicated and described in Request for Quotation No. 02 N c/KT/2019 of 12.2.2019 in Chapter II Subject of the contract, which will be confirmed in a technological test, the positive result of which will be determined by the signing of the acceptance protocol by the Contracting Authority.2Ensuring warranty service on the technological system and the materials/subassemblies used to manufacture it, under the following conditions: - service service - reports in Polish - service reaction - directly after reporting3. Maximum period of contract execution - 12 weeks from the date of contract conclusion4. Minimum warranty period for the technological system and its components - 12 months from the date of signing the bilateral acceptance protocol5.
