Plaster and stucco work (interior plaster as gypsum and lime-cement plaster as well as exterior plaster), interior waterproofing and interior insulation, thermal insulation composite system on 2 listed former barracks buildings, one administration building in 2006 and 2 subordinate new buildings:- approx. 2 300 m2 Filler for facade plaster Existing and coloured new plaster,- approx. 630 m2 Internal sealing of the outer cellar walls,- approx. 130 m Borehole chain and cross-sectional sealing in the cellar rooms,- approx. 320 m2 Internal insulation of foam glass in the cellar rooms,- approx. 580 m2 External plaster on uninsulated garages,- approx. 400 m2 external rendering and ETICS,- approx. 1 100 m2 painting of new rendering,- approx. 550 m2 painting of existing rendering of administrative buildings.only personnel who have previously been subjected to a security check and no negative indications exist may be employed to perform the services.Bidders and their subcontractors and rental companies must submit the relevant declarations of obligation in accordance with § 5 LTMG, which can be viewed at "https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/Themen/Wirtschaft/Tariftreue/Seiten/Mustererklaerungen.aspx", when submitting their bids.This procedure will be followed during the awarding of contracts.
