The purpose of this contract is to supply plants and planting accessories for the services of the Metropole of Lyon and the members of the Central Purchasing OfficeThe Metropole of Lyon and the members of the Central Purchasing Office hired under the contract need plants to ensure the creation and management of parks and gardens, green spaces and sports grounds, as well as the flowering of the cities This framework agreement covers the needs of the Metropolis of Lyon, in particular the natural areas unit in charge of the Parc de Parilly and the Domaine de Lacroix-Laval, and the beneficiaries of the central purchasing office in terms of trees, shrubs, plants with the "local plant" label, seeds, bulbs, soil, mulch and planting accessories.
The Metropolis of Lyon and the members of the Purchasing Office engaged under the contract, hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries, need plants to ensure the creation and management of parks and gardens, green spaces and sports grounds, as well as the flowering of the cities. This framework agreement covers the needs of the Metropolis of Lyon, in particular the natural areas unit in charge of the Parc de Parilly and the Domaine de Lacroix-Laval, and the beneficiaries of the central purchasing office in terms of: -Bulk and bagged mulch, -Bulk and bagged topsoil, -Fertilizers and soil improvers, -Geotextiles and tiling accessories
