TITLE :
Plant wharf reconstruction – Phase II, Rivière-au-Renard

TRADE AGREEMENT :
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
The reconstruction work on the plant wharf at the Rivière-au-Renard planned for in this contract includes:
.1 Consolidation of a berlin wall at unloading wharf, with armour rock embankment;
.2 Construction of a passage for forklift made of cribwork by the fish plant;
.3 Construction of a new unloading wharf also made of cribwork;
.4 Project also includes removal and installation of wharf equipment and various works.

Plant wharf, Rivière-au-Renard, Québec

SITE VISIT :
There will be no site visit. Before submitting bid, Contractor is responsible to visit site and get all necessary information regarding nature and scope of the contract, as well as all the conditions that may affect the execution of the contract.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE:
The Bidder must enclose bid security with its bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIAS PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD :
- Upon request the Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
- Integrity provisions:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK :
Cribwork installation must be completed 5 months after contract award.
All works must be completed 8 months after contract award.
