FBB will plan and execute the large-scale relocation of the existing media infrastructure around the future federal construction site for the federal government's "Government Airport" construction project. The planning and construction work will be carried out while the airport is in operation and, in part, within the security area of the airport. After surveying the existing infrastructure and its interfaces with existing roads and structures, planning services are to be provided for the construction of facilities for drinking water supply, wastewater and stormwater disposal, including pumping stations, medium and low-voltage systems, lighting systems, telecommunications systems and the planning of cable ducts and media routes.
In detail, planning and engineering services are to be provided for the following media:- drinking water, rainwater and wastewater (pressure lines, gravity sewers, pump systems, light liquid separators),- medium-voltage and high-voltage power supply (cables, routes, transformer stations),- telecommunications / IT (lines and routes),including traffic routing during construction.Essential components of the planning services to be rendered are, among others, the following superordinate services:-Overall network considerations or network adjustments, sewer network calculations- Construction logistics- Planning of technically and operationally necessary interim conditions, temporary facilities and construction aids- Coordinated construction sequence and construction site planningProjected scope of the facilities to be planned (all figures are approximate). values)Traffic facilities- New construction of service roads in asphalt construction approx. 2000 m²- Reconstruction of flight service areas in concrete construction approx. 200 m²Rainwater: gravity sewers, storage sewers, pressure pipe drainage, pumping stations, shafts;- RW- Sewer DN 100 - DN 500 approx. 3800 m- RW- Sewer DN 800 - DN 1200 approx. 1000 m- RW- Sewer DN 1500 - DN 2000 approx. 700 m- RW- Pressure pipe DN 500 approx. 1600 m- manholes for sewers up to DN 2000- pumping station for a capacity of up to 300 l/s;drinking water: drinking water pipes, fittings, hydrants, gate valve drinking water pipe DN 300 approx. 2800 mFluid water; replacement pipes and manholes; gravity and pressure pipes; waste water pumping station- SW- sewer DN 200 - DN 500 approx. 500 m- SW- sewer DN 600 approx.5400 m- SW pressure pipeline DL DA 110 - DL DA 355, approx. 3000 m- Pumping station with a capacity of approx. 120 l/s;Electrotechnical systems:- Adaptation of the network infrastructure 20 kV routes, including route planning approx. 10 km- Restoration of the power supply for existing electrotechnical systems (pumping stations, lighting, monitoring systems, etc.) approx. 15 systems- Conversion of existing lighting systems taking into account the maintenance of flight operations approx. 15 cabinets- Development of new pumping stations within the scope of the present wastewater and stormwater planning approx. 5 installationsRemote signalling and communication installations:- New, retrofit and conversion of cable-technical TC-IT infrastructure; planning of replacement routes and preparation of reconfiguration concepts taking into account the maintenance of processes relevant to operations, approx. 100 km of fiber optic cable up to 50 fibers and approx. 100 connections with splice cassettes, approx. 50 km of Cu cable up to 200DA, approx. 50 pieces of patch panels,- production of cable conduit routes approx. 20 kmSurveying and consulting/expert services:- all surveying services for the fulfillment of the planning task and execution of the construction services- consulting/expert services concern investigations or expert opinions for building ground, contaminated sites and pollutants, explosive ordnance etc..Furthermore, services for external supervision - control tests as well as ecological construction supervision are to be provided.The planning services in question essentially comprise basic services and selected special services of the following service profiles and service phases:a) Services according to part 3 object planning, section 3, engineering structures, according to § 41 HOAI 2021;b) Services according to part 3 object planning, section 4, traffic facilities, according to § 45 HOAI 2021;c) Services according to part 4 technical planning, section 1, structural design, according to § 49 HOAI 2021d) Services according to part 4 technical planning, section 2, technical equipment, according to § 53 HOAI 2021It is planned to commission the services in stages as follows:Stage 1: Basic evaluation, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning,Stage 2: Detailed design, preparation of award of contract and participation in award of contract - Option 1,Stage 3: Construction supervision / site management, object supervision and documentation - Option 2,In addition, further options are provided, also in partial services, cf. Section II.2.11) - Option 3.
