Description

The daycare center "Zum Ententeich" is located in the northern part of Halberstadt's old town and offers space for 130 children (60 daycare children, 70 kindergarten children) and has already been renovated on the facade side in the past. Now the renovation and modernization of the interior is planned, as a considerable backlog of maintenance work has occurred over the past years. The implementation of the planned measures will also ensure accessibility in the entire building. The scope of the services and the available floor plans can be found in the enclosed grant application. The planning and realization is planned for the budget years 2022 - 2025 and must be completed in this period from the point of view of subsidy law. In the planning and execution of the measure, the client is particularly concerned with a concept in terms of sustainability, accessibility, climate adaptation and the consideration of the special social significance of the location.
Building planning Service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI Service content should be basic services of the individual service phases in accordance with Appendix 10 (to § 34 Paragraph 4, § 35 Paragraph 7) HOAI. A detailed description of the services is to be taken from the enclosed sample contract at the time of the invitation to tender. On the basis of Annex 10 HOAI, this measure is assigned to fee zone IV.It is intended to commission the work in stages:- Stage 1: Work phases 1 to 4 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI- Stage 2: Work phases 5 to 8 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI- Stage 3: Work phase 9 in accordance with Section 34 HOAIadditional servicesSupporting structure planning Work phases 1 to 6 in accordance with Section 51 HOAIThe services are to include basic services for the individual work phases in accordance with Annex 14 (to Section 51 Paragraph 5) HOAI. A detailed description of the services to be provided can be found in the attached sample contract. It is intended to commission the services in stages:- Stage 1: Service phases 1 to 4 in accordance with § 51 HOAI- Stage 2: Service phases 5 to 6 in accordance with § 51 HOAIBrandschutzplanung in accordance with AHO Schriftenheft 17 for service phases 1 to 5 and 8. The scope of services shall include all basic services of the aforementioned service phases in accordance with AHO Series of Publications No. 17.
