For the new construction of the mechanical pre-cleaning, planning services of the HOAI service phases (LPH) 2 to 8 are to be offered in stages as general planning services.The subject of the award procedure are the planning services of the service profiles:- object planning of civil engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI from LPH 3;- object planning of traffic facilities according to § 47 HOAI from LPH 3;- specialist planning of structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI from LPH 2;- specialist planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI from LPH 3.In addition, the local construction supervision is part of the services to be provided.The commissioning will be carried out in stages.

The subject of the award procedure are the planning services of the service profiles:- object planning of civil engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI from LPH 3;- object planning of traffic facilities according to § 47 HOAI from LPH 3;- specialist planning of supporting structures according to § 51 HOAI from LPH 2;- specialist planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI from LPH 3.If the bidder identifies services which are not included in the previous scope of services or the scope of services described, but which are indispensable for the implementation of the project, these are to be named by the bidder without delay.The measure comprises the construction of a new mechanical pre-treatment plant, including:Civil engineering and process engineering - Pipeline construction for integration into the existing system (inlet and outlet) incl. inlet structure - Complete mechanical and process engineering (incl. rake, rake bypass as well as rake bypass and rake bypass) Technical equipment - Technical building equipment (ventilation, exhaust air collection and treatment) - Heating technology (service water station, air-conditioning technology, supply and disposal lines) - Electrical engineering (power supply, NSV, frequency converter, UPS system, lighting system, lightning protection, earthing and equipotential bonding, cable and line systems, cable support and laying systems, etc.) - Automation, process control and process measuring technology - Gas warning system - Fire alarm system Traffic system - Bypass around the planned new building and connections In addition, the dismantling of the existing plant (the exact subsequent use of the area has not yet been clarified, however, a corresponding subsequent use/partial dismantling may have to be taken into account in the dismantling) after the commissioning of the new mechanical pre-cleaning system is part of the project.A more detailed description of the planning objects can be found in the present preliminary planning.
