Planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI 2021 in connection with appendix 15 HOAI, LPH 2-8, for reconstruction and renovation as well as new construction, plant groups 4, 5, 6.
Services of the technical equipment planning according to § 55 HOAI 2021 in connection with appendix 15 HOAI, LPH 2-8, for reconstruction and renovation as well as new building for 3 partial objects (plant groups 4, 5, 6) with the following short description:1. Conversion and refurbishment of existing school building Regelschule 4 "Die Vierte", Rudolstädter Str. 51, 07549 Gera (type school "Gera 72, Schustertyp", built in 1978).2. Conversion and refurbishment of existing building, former special school, Elsterberger Str. 6, 07549 Gera (type project combined children's facility district Gera, type WBS 70 6,3 Mp prefabricated construction) with integration of functional units of the regular school 4 as well as the primary school 6 "Wilhelm Busch", which is also located on the site.3. new construction of a two-field sports hall with the possibility of triple divisionThe city of Gera intends to create an educational campus for the district of Gera Lusan at the site, including the two schools located there, primary school 6 and regular school 4. The aim is to provide the pupils of the district with modern education in modern premises, whereby the currently vacant building at Elsterberger Str. 6, which is in the immediate vicinity of the current school grounds, is to accommodate functional units of both schools. As a result of the redevelopment, the external location of primary school 6 in Eiselstraße is not to continue to be used by GS6. The buildings Regelschule 4 and Elsterberger Str. 6 are to be converted and refurbished in the course of the project in compliance with all necessary legal requirements. The ensemble of buildings is to be supplemented by a new two-field sports hall with the possibility of being divided into three parts. As a special service, the inventory, the work for the funding application and the work for the preparation of a room book are to be commissioned. It is intended to award the contract within the framework of a phased contract, whereby initially service phase 2 and the special service of inventory recording will be agreed. A transfer of the service phases 3 and 4 as well as subsequently 5 - 8 HOAI and the aforementioned special services room book and subsidy application is intended, a legal claim to this does not exist.Deadline information: - LPH 2 until 31.12.2021, - LPH 3 until 30.4.2022, - LPH 4 until 31.5.2022, - LPH 5 and 6 until 31.12.2022, - construction implementation from May 2023, - completion depending on the provision of subsidies probably in the first quarter of 2025.
