Object planning building according to § 34 HOAI 2021 in connection with appendix 10 HOAI, LPH 3-8, for reconstruction and renovation.
Object planning building (HOAI 2021, part 3, section 1, § 34 in connection with appendix 10 HOAI, LPH 3-8.The city of Gera intends the reconstruction and renovation of the puppet theatre at the location. According to an expert opinion, the attic floor can no longer be renovated economically and is therefore to be replaced in its entirety. Additional rooms are to be accommodated in the new attic floor according to the room program. All parts of the building are to be accessible barrier-free. Surveying and planning services for room acoustics are to be offered as a special service. Immediately after completion of the VgV procedure, the service provision will begin. Property area: approx. 3,669 m2, thereof built-up area (building): approx. 747 m2, gross floor area approx. 970 m2.- LPH 3-4 until 11/2021, - LPH 5+6 until 05/2022, - LPH 7 from 7/2022, - LPH 8 from 10/2022, - completion 08/2024.Object planning building (HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1, § 34 in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI, LPH 3-8).Fee zone III, basic rateSpecial service: building physics (thermal insulation, room acoustics), specialist planning for fire protection.Estimated costs without VAT for the cost group KG 300 = 1 626 000.00 EUR, KG 400 = 284 800.00 EUR.The scope of services includes all planning tasks and all necessary ancillary services that belong to or are required for the proper and complete execution of the planning service. The use of subsidies is planned for the financing of the project. It is intended to award the contract within the framework of a phased contract. Initially, the service phases 3 to 4 HOAI are to be transferred. A transfer of the work phases 5 to 8 HOAI is intended, a legal claim to this does not exist. Deadlines: - LPH 3-4 to 12/2021, - LPH 5+6 to 05/2022, - LPH 7 from 7/2022, - LPH 8 from 10/2022, - Completion 08/2024.
