Description

Subject of the planning services lot 1 are the preliminary planning, design and approval planning for 3 new lake waterworks with ultrafiltration plants (UF) at a new location (UF 1 incl. new pumping station) and at the location of the existing lake pumping station Süßenmühle (UF 2 + UF 3) in 3 construction phases (BA 1-BA 3) until all public law approvals are obtained. Planning scope Lot 1 (owed work success) is the holistic master planning (comprehensive system planning of the lake waterworks and their integration into the existing facilities of the long-distance water supply) as well as the concrete planning of the 3 new lake waterworks with the following services: - Planning of the technical facilities for water treatment (UF technology) and pumping stations including all ancillary facilities (such as storage and logistics areas, rinsing and cleaning facilities as well as treatment, recirculation and discharge of the resulting wastewater and waste),- Planning of all structural facilities and structures required for this- The planning of the new lake waterworks includes the leading and superordinate object and integration planning for the entire project,- The process engineering planning forms the master planning for the entire system and defines the process steps and design specifications from water withdrawal and treatment to storage. The results of this master planning are in particular the volume flows (raw water, process water, chemicals), product flows (drinking water) and energy flows (high, medium, low voltage) to be considered in the overall system. Based on this (mainly driven by the hydraulic conditions), the operating conditions and energy demand are to be planned,- Lot 1 is responsible for the planning coordination for all other planning lots and expert services. Lot 1 integrates technical and peripheral planning of the other parties involved in the planning process. Lot 1 shall also meet the necessary requirements for other sectoral planning, downstream planning disciplines (such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) and planning sections (such as water withdrawal, pressure pipelines / tunnels, alterations to the waterworks on Sipplingen Hill for integration into existing facilities, power supply), based on the master plan,- Services: -- § 43 Engineering structures such as waterworks, structural facilities, pipeline networks,-- § 51 Structural design (draft statics) for all structural facilities and structures to be planned,-- § 55 Technical equipment / facility groups 7.2 process engineering systems (water extraction, treatment and transport, waste water treatment and discharge) and 6 conveyor systems (conveyor systems required for operation, maintenance and repair, such as lifts, lifting platforms, crane systems or loading bridges), each including the system-specific measurement and control technology (MSR)
