The service contents for the period 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026 are agreed as options (service phases 4-9).

The possible commissioning of the option takes place in stages, the first option (approval planning) by 31.11.2024 at the latest (after submission of the design planning).
The options are commissioned under the following conditions:

- Commissioning is dependent on the prior successful planning/approval process (approvability, cost framework)

The contractor has no claim to the commissioning/continuation of the optional services, even if the aforementioned conditions are met.

Basic geotechnical services (4x3m dynamic probing, small pile-driving 4x3m, 2x excavations, evaluation, report and documentation)
