Description

This consultation concerns the single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders for the execution of drinking water works and the resumption of connections on behalf of the Syndicat intercommunal d'alimentation en eau potable de la région de l'Isle-Adam. The single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded for a period of one (1) year as from its notification. The contract may be renewed for periods of one year, up to a maximum of three renewals. The description of the works and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Conditions of Contract (SCTC). If the act of engagement does not specify the address for service elected by the contractor in the vicinity of the works, notifications relating to the contract shall be validly made to the trade union until the contractor has informed the contracting authority of the address for service he has elected.
