Description

The Pictou County sports Hall of Fame invites Proponents to submit a proposal for design and construction of the new facility to be located at 234 main street, Trenton, Nova Scotia. The PID# 65236648 is assigned to the new facility location.

The selected Proponent will design and build the new Hall of Fame facility with all land improvements included and a substantial completion date of December 31, 2024 ideally.
The estimated footprint of the new facility is 6600 sq ft. of heated/cooled space with an additional covered area conceptually at the entrance.
