The subject of the contract covers the construction of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Wola Mysłowska on the plots of natural persons. The devices will be installed on the roofs of residential and non-residential buildings and on the ground.
DELIVERY The subject of the order includes the construction of photovoltaic installations on the territory of Wola Mysłowska Commune on the plots of natural persons. The devices will be installed on the roofs of residential and non-residential buildings and on the ground. Photovoltaic installations, generating electricity will be installed in households in the amount of 67 pieces:1. installations with the power of 1.86 Kw - 7 pieces - planned place of installation, depending on technical conditions:- roof of a residential building - 6 pieces - roof of a non-residential building - 1 piece2. installations with the power of 3.1 kW - 41 pieces - planned place of installation, depending on technical conditions:- residential building roof - 34 pieces - non-residential building roof - 4 pieces - land - 3 pieces3. installations of the power of 4.34 Kw - 19 pieces - planned place of installation, depending on technical conditions: - roof of a residential building - 11 pieces - roof of a non-residential building - 7 pieces - soil - 1 piece WARNING! The place of installation of individual installations may be changed. The subject of the order under the name: "CONSTRUCTION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS IN THE COMMUNE. WOLA MYSŁOWSKA includes: - comprehensive design - individual project for each object with all the necessary arrangements based on the documentation attached to this ToR, - delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations together with all the necessary elements for proper operation of the installation.- verification of the electrical installation of the object, - execution of the necessary structures for the installation of PV panels, - installation of the installation of photovoltaic panels of a given power, - execution of protections for the structure, as well as for the ducts and their protection, - laying the wiring for the connection of PV panels together with the execution of cable routes in the premises (if the contractor will carry out the wiring through a free air duct, it will be necessary to obtain an opinion of the chimney sweep), - installation of the switchboard for the operation of PV panels - AC/DC, - installation of overvoltage protections, including current disconnectors on the AC and DC side - connection of the PV panel switchgear to the investor's power system, - installation of lightning protection system, - execution of auxiliary construction works (punctures, mounting holes, installation passages through building partitions, filling in the holes and reconstruction and repair of damaged parts of the expeditions (finishing elements) during the construction works), - taking into account the monitoring of the installation (remote readings) - which must be displayed on the Municipality website in terms of such parameters as: installation yield and reduction of CO2 emissions, - carrying out cleaning works aimed at bringing the facility to its original state, - carrying out installation start-up, - inspections, tests, start-up and adjustment of the installation, - carrying out tests on the photovoltaic installation, - carrying out tests on the electrical installation in relation to the PV system (shock protection; insulation resistance; earth resistance; short-circuit loop impedance - if applicable), - other unspecified works necessary for the proper functioning of the entire installation.- drawing up instructions for the operation of the installation, - training of property owners in the principles of operation, use, maintenance and safety related to the use of the installed photovoltaic installation, - drawing up a training protocol specifying what was the subject of the training and handing over the instructions, - possession of equipment by the service contractor, service technician's travel time will be no longer than 96 hours from notification to the service, - drawing up and providing as-built documentation together with the necessary protocols for the commissioning of photovoltaic installations, - carrying out the procedure and drawing up documentation (submitting applications to PGE) necessary to conclude a comprehensive agreement with PGE by the Ordering Party and natural persons covered by the subject of the order.
