Description

Ergon intends to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor to supply paper for the purpose of order processing by Ergon. The contract involves the supply of paper in various weights, sizes and colors to Ergon.All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and/or by using third parties and/or subcontractors.
The estimate of the contract value is based on historical data, however, due to cost increases associated with current market developments, the financial scope cannot be determined exactly. The order value is therefore estimated between € 80,000 - € 120,000,- excl. VAT per year.The above mentioned size is only meant as an indication. Contractor cannot derive any rights from it in any way. Ergon has no purchase obligation and gives no turnover guarantee. The estimated order value moves with the indexation, which is included in the agreement.
